Description
Good Latch Tray's Magnetic Freezing Trays were designed to freeze breastmilk storage bags completely flat, up to six (8) ounces or 235 milliliters, regardless of freezing orientation or size. Its patent pending design allows simple, one-handed use of the trays to quickly latch the trays together. When not in use, the freezing trays store conveniently on the side of a refrigerator or freezer.
Conventional methods of freezing breastmilk storage bags requires lots of space in a freezer (cookie sheets), must remain perfectly flat, and often end up lumpy. The design of these trays allow you to place them in a freezer door, on a bag of fries or anywhere they fit in your freezer. Other products use cumbersome velcro or elastic that often produce wedge shapes that do not stack well. Our design is easy to use and creates flat, stackable bags.
The trays are reversible, you can use either the front or the back of the trays. They can also be mixed and matched, so you can use a 2 ounce tray with a 3 ounce tray. These combinations make it possible to freeze anywhere from 2-6 ounce bags with ease.
Each option includes the following:
Starter Set - This set includes four trays (two 2 Ounce Trays, two 3 Ounce Trays) and freezes 2-6 ounce bags, up to two (2) bags at a time. This set may be best as you start your breastfeeding journey or if you prefer the flexibility of freezing at various volumes. Additional 2 Ounce or 3 Ounce Tray Sets may be purchased to fit your volume needs.
2 Ounce Tray Set - Set includes two (2) trays. When purchased on its own, this set can freeze one (1) bag that is 2 or 4 ounces.
3 Ounce Tray Set - Set includes two (2) trays. When purchased on its own, this set can freeze one (1) bag that is 3 or 6 ounces.
4 Ounce Tray Set - Set includes two (2) trays. When purchased on its own, this set can freeze one (1) bag that is 8 ounces (if your preferred brand supports that size). This set can be added to other trays to freeze various volumes. It was often requested by customers that started with a starter set, but wanted to freeze more 6 ounce bags used their existing 2oz trays. This set WILL NOT freeze 4oz bags alone, we recommend the 2oz set for that.
